摘 要:为了解球墨铸铁管法兰连接在碱性盐侵蚀下的抗弯性能的变化状况,采用p H值为9的NaCl碱性氯盐溶液对球墨铸铁双法兰连接分别进行25、50、75、100次干湿循环的腐蚀处理,并对其进行受弯试验。结果表明:碱性盐侵蚀后的球墨铸铁管法兰连接更趋向脆性破坏,随着循环腐蚀次数增多,试件的弹性阶段逐渐缩短,试件极限弯矩与屈服弯矩的比值逐渐变小,其承载力和抗弯刚度也逐渐减小。In order to study the flexural behavior of flanged connection of ductile iron pipe under alkali-salt corrosion environment,the connection specimens were subjected to alkali-salt corrosion( p H = 9) by wetting-drying cycle of 25 times,50 times,75 times and 100 times. The flexural experiment of specimens was carried out. The results showed that the failure mode of the corroded dual-flanged connection maily was brittle failure,the ultimate bending moment and yield moment ratio of the double flanged pipe interface was greater with the increase of wetting-drying cycle times,and with the increasing degree of corrosion,the bearing capacity and flexural stiffness showed a decreasing trend.
