科技创新创业早期项目平台:专业图书馆的信息服务新实践——以中国科学院文献情报中心为例

摘　　要：专业图书馆如何在转型中探索创新服务,笔者所在的中国科学院文献情报中心,通过搭建"科技创新创业服务平台",开展产业情报发布、路演对接、主题沙龙、创业分享汇、创业辅导课等实践活动;通过实践活动提供信息服务、数据分析、技术趋势分析等专业知识服务,总结数据分析方法、研究服务模式与内容。在短短2年时间内形成5大实践活动,吸引了众多创业项目、投资方、科研工作者及媒体人的积极参与,取得一定效果。初步形成了以图书馆信息资源为依托,以图书馆信息服务数据分析为主要形式的科技创新创业知识服务模式,对深化图书馆创客空间的服务有推广价值。服务实践仍在示范阶段,受服务机制和服务队伍所限,活动覆盖面仍需拓展。How can professional libraries explore innovative services in their attempts at transformation？ National Science Library of Chinese Academy of Sciences （NSLC） provides a possible answer with an open information service platform for science and technology innovation and entrepreneurship. It develops five types of activities within 2 years and offers knowledge services such as data analysis and technical trend analysis. It attracts a large number of entrepreneurial projects, investors, researchers and the media, and succeeds in building a knowledge service model that adds to library＇s value. Limited by the service mechanism and team, however, practices are still on the initial stage, with services to be expanded.
