摘 要:激光熔覆技术是一种经济实用的表面处理技术,具有冷却速度快、工件畸变小、原料消耗少、过程易于实现自动化等优点。本文从背景、基本原理、研究现状等方面对激光熔覆做了较为详尽的阐述。在其研究现状中,主要从熔覆层材料、工艺种类、工艺参数等几方面综述了激光熔覆技术的研究进展;其中,对激光熔覆材料体系做了重点阐述,比较了三种自熔性合金粉末体系的优缺点。最后,指出了激光熔覆技术现存的主要问题以及未来的主要研究方向。Laser cladding technology is a kind of economical and practical surface treatment technology,which has the advantages of fast cooling speed,small distortion of the workpiece,low consumption of raw materials and easy realization of automation in the process. In this paper,the laser cladding is described in detail from the aspects of background,basic principle,research status and so on. The research progress of laser cladding technology is reviewed from the aspects of cladding material,process type and process parameters. Among them,the laser cladding material system is described in detail,and the advantages and disadvantages of three kinds of self fluxing alloy powder system are compared with each other. At last,the existing problems and future research directions of laser cladding technology are pointed out.
