摘  要:本文研究了低温渗碳工艺对9Cr18马氏体不锈钢组织与性能的影响。结果表明,经低温渗碳处理能够大幅提高马氏体不锈钢的表面硬度,由630 HV提高到1700 HV,处理后基体组织无明显变化;表面粗糙度由Ra0.18上升到Ra0.3,经划痕试验测试,渗层与基体有良好的结合力。The effect of low temperature carburizing process on the microstructure and properties of 9Cr18 martensitic stainless steel was studied in this paper. The results show that the surface hardness of martensi- tic stainless steel can be greatly improved from 630 HV to 1700 HV by low temperature carburization,and the matrix structure has no obvious change. The roughness increases from Ra0.18 to Ra0.3, and the carburized layer has good bonding force with the substrate through the scratch test.
