摘 要:城市地上与地下空间应是一个有机联系的整体,不能分割和孤立。近年来周而复始的城市内涝灾害不断侵袭我国各大中城市,造成了严重的经济损失。其根源在于城市发展过程中对于地上地下整体发展缺乏充分的思想认识和规划引导,导致地下防洪排水体系建设远远滞后于城市地面发展。本文总结了近几年城市内涝影响,借鉴国外城市发展经验,通过综合分析和探讨提出了城市大深度防洪排水体系的构想,并结合我国实际给出了一些可行性建议,对于我国城市综合排水体系建设具有一定的指导意义。Urban upper and underground space is united as a whole system that can' t be separated. Most of big cities in China have been hit hard by flood these years, which has made a large sum of financial losses each year. The reason is that most city designers and managers lack the basic understanding of the idea that the development of upper and underground space in a city should be combined as a whole system and at most times underground space should be considered first. Thus, the underground drainage systems in most big cities of China are developed far behind the surface. The flood disaster and financial losses are collected, and the development of underground space in other countries has been showed. Based on that, this paper discussed the idea of urban deep underground drainage system and gave some advice in practice. It can serve as an instruction for the development of future urban underground drainage system in China.
