低浓度对比剂冠状动脉CT成像对冠心病的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨低浓度对比剂冠状动脉CT(LCCM-CTCA)检查的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析70例同期行LCCM-CTCA和传统冠状动脉造影(CAG)检查患者的影像资料。以CAG为"金标准",分析LCCM-CTCA在冠脉节段水平对冠状动脉狭窄的显示情况,并评价其准确性,同时得出其诊断管腔狭窄≥50%的准确性。结果 LCCM-CTCA检查中采用100k V管电压扫描64例,120k V管电压扫描6例,LCCM-CTCA对冠心病诊断的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值和准确度分别为85.4%、99.4%、97.6%、96.2%及96.5%。结论 LCCM低管电压CTCA对冠心病的诊断准确性是可接受的,在临床工作中具有重要的应用价值。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of CT coronary angiography with low-concentration contrast media（ c）.Methods Imaging data of 70 cases underwent both LCCM-CTCA and conventional angiography（ CAG） were collected. The visualization of coronary segments of LCCM-CTCA was analysed and the validity of diagnosis for vessel stenosis ≥50% was accessed by comparing to CAG. Results The imagings of 64 cases were acquired with tube potential of 100 k V,the imagings of sases were acquired with tube potential of 120 k V. The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value and accuracy of LCCM-CTCA in the diagnosis of CAD were 85. 4%,99. 4%,97. 6%,96. 2% and 96. 5%,respectively. Conclusion The validity of LCCM-CTCA with low tube potential mode in diagnosis of CAD is accepted,which is significant in clinical practice.
