摘　　要：农村电子商务发展对解决"三农"问题意义重大而深远。为深入研究农村电子商务发展对农业增效、农村发展、农民增收的成效及存在的问题,采用政府咨询、企业访谈和会议座谈等方式,对安徽省15个电子商务进农村综合示范县进行了较全面的调研。在充分调查研究的基础上,梳理出电子商务进农村工作取得的实践成效及存在的问题,为进一步大力发展农村电子商务提出相关对策建议。The development of E-business in rural areas has a significant and profound influence on solving the issues of agriculture, countryside, and farmers. In this paper, we study the impact of E-business on agricultural product enhancement, countryside development and farmers＂ income increasing as well as the associated problems. We conduct a relatively comprehensive research in 15 E-business demonstration countries of Anhui province in many ways, including government consulting, enterprise interview and meeting discussion, etc. Based on the investigation, the practical effect in countryside of the E-business and the problems therein are revealed, and countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for further developing the E-business in the rural areas.
