摘 要:近两年来,消费信贷业务得到了爆发式增长,企业有盘活存量、扩人投放的内任驱动,以消费信贷作为基础资产的证券化产品发行得到长足发展。本文分析这类小额、分散的消费信贷的资产特点及相关证券化产品特点,并且对这类资产进行了简单的数据分析。最后建议应加强消费信货类资产的相关研究和信息披露,促进消费信贷资产证券化市场的健康有序发展。Over the past two years, the consumer credit business has recorded explosive growth, and enterprises have been the driving force behind this rapid expansion. The issuance of securitized products using consumer credit as an underlying asset has been developing in leaps and bounds. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the small and decentralized consumer credit assets behind this business and examines the characteristics of the related securitization products. It also suggests that research and information disclosure related to consumer credit assets should be strengthened to promote the healthy and orderly development of consumer credit asset securitization.
