摘　　要：文章在对中国农业科学院农业环境与可持续发展研究所(以下简称环发所)知识产权状况进行分析调研的基础上,深入研究与分析了环发所知识产权保护与管理的现状、成效及存在的问题,指出农业科研院所需要通过大力培育知识产权文化、健全知识产权工作管理体系、加强知识产权全过程管理等促进知识产权的保护与转化。On the basis of statistics and investigation on the situation of intellectual property in the Institute of Environment and Sustainable Development in Agriculture, this paper analyzed the statusand effect of intellectual prop- erty work and existing problems. It pointed out that in order to get more intellectual property rights and to enhance the core competitiveness of agriculture, the agricultural institutes needed to strengthen the intellectual property right publicity efforts, improve the intellectual property management system, and enhance the general awareness andpro- tection capabilities, so as to promote the parallel development of protection of intellectual property innovation and transform.
