构建以职业技能标准为导向的货币防伪与鉴定开放型课程体系

摘　　要：针对我国商业银行一线临柜应用型人才必须具备反假货币技能和获取《反假货币上岗资格证书》,构建了以职业技能标准为导向的"课证融通"的货币防伪与鉴定开放型课程体系,系统地建立了教学计划、教学内容、教学方法和手段、教材建设和考核方式改革等内容,构建了以就业为导向、以能力为本位、以专业技能为基础、理论教学、实践训练、职业技能证书考试紧密结合的开放性课程体系,培养了具有职业技能标准的"双证"人才。In that the on-the-counter practical talents in the commercial bank of China must have the currency anti-counterfeiting ability and obtain the qualification certificate of anti-fake currency, the open curriculum system based on vocational skill standards for currency anti- counterfeiting and identification Course is constructed in order to realize the fusion of course setting and professional capability. The teaching plan, teaching contents, teaching methods and means, teaching material construction and examination method reform are discussed in details. The construction of the employment as the guide, the open curriculum system based on the competency and the professional skills is used to realize the tightly combination of the theoretical teaching, practical training and vocational skill certificate examination so as to train the ＂double certificate＂ talents with professional skills.
