摘 要:目的了解滨州市2013~2015年麻疹疑似病例资料,为控制麻疹流行提供依据。方法对滨州市2013~2015年758例麻疹疑似病例的血清学检测结果进行分析,统计ELISA法阳性IgM抗体的检出情况,分析麻疹的人群、地区、时间分布特征。结果 758例麻疹疑似病例中,检测出麻疹阳性病例436例,阳性率为57.52%(436/758),其中麻疹IgM阳性以20~40岁人群的检出率较高,为51.83%(226/436);麻疹发病率除2013年外,其余各年份男性均高于女性;滨城区麻疹发病率明显高于其他县区(P<0.05);从季节来看,麻疹全年均有发病,3~4月发病最高;2014年发病率最高(P<0.01)。结论滨州市2013~2015年麻疹发病人群主要集中在20~40岁成年人群,男性多于女性,滨城区发病率最高,季节高峰在3、4月份。Objective To understand the suspected measles cases in Binzhou city, 2013-2015, so as to provide basis for measles control and prevention. Methods A total of 758 cases of suspected measles were selected for analysis on serological test results in Binzhou city, 2013-2015, statistics was made on the data of detection of positive IgM antibodies by ELISA,and analysis was made on the characteristics of population,area and the time distribution of measles. Results In a total of 758 suspected measles cases,436 were positive,and the positive rate was 57.52% (436/758) ;the highest detection rate of measles was in the population of 20-40, at 51.83 % (226/436) ;The incidence of cases in males was higher than that in females except 2013;The incidence rate of measles in Bincheng district was the highest( P 〈0.05) ;Measles occurred all the year round,with peaks in March-April;the incidence late of measles in 2014 was the highest ( P 〈0.01). Conclusion The population of measles incidence in Binzhou city during 2013-2015 are concentrated in the population of 20-40,higher in males than that of females, the highest in Bincheng district,and with peaks in March-April.
