血府逐瘀汤联合西药治疗老年难治性高血压的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察血府逐瘀汤联合西药治疗老年难治性高血压的临床疗效。方法将120例难治性高血压患者随机将分为对照组60例和试验组60例。对照组患者给予普萘洛尔片,每次5~10 mg,每日3~4次,口服;卡托普利片,每次12.5 mg,每日2~3次,口服;吲达帕胺片,每次2.5 mg,每日1次,口服。试验组在对照组的基础上增加中药汤剂血府逐瘀汤100 mL,每天1剂,早晚各服用半剂,口服。2组均治疗90 d。观察2组患者的临床症状和血压变化情况,评价2组患者的临床疗效。结果试验组总有效率为95.00%(57/60例),对照组为78.33%(47/60例),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,对照组和试验组患者收缩压分别为(130.09±9.95),(113.08±15.24)mmHg,对照组和试验组患者舒张压分别为(84.40±9.05),(81.02±6.56)mmHg,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组无药物不良反应发生,对照组发生头晕1例,2组患者的不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血府逐瘀汤联合西药可有效治疗老年难治性高血压。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with western medicine on elderly patients with refractory hypertension. Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with refractory hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group （n = 60 ） and control group （n = 60）. Control group was given propranolol 5 - 10 mg orally, rid or qid; captopril 12.5 mg orally bid or rid; indapamide 2.5 mg orally qd. Treatment group was given Xuefu Zhuyu decoction 100 mL · d^-1, bid on the basis of control group. All patients were treated for 90 d. The clinical symptoms and blood pressure were compared before and after treatment. Results The clinical efficacy was 95.00% （57/60 cases） and 78.33% （47/60 cases, P 〈0. 05）. After treatment, the systolic blood pressure （SBP） were （130. in control group and treatment group, were （84. 40 ±9. 05）, （81.02 ±6. 56） 09±9.95）, （113.08 ±15.24） mmHg and diastolic blood pressure （DBP） mmHg （P 〈 0. 05）. There was 1 case of dizziness in control group, and no adverse drug reaction occurred in treatment group, with no significant difference （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with western medicine maybe an effective treatment on elderly patients with refractory hypertension.
