摘　　要：目的探讨鼻咽粘膜炎症时钠离子高渗环境下的抗感染效果及细胞变化。方法选取不同时期感冒病人及与病人密切接触健康人共128人,分成A、B、C、D、E五组,A、B组分别行观察、钠离子液介入,C、D、E组分别按钠离子介入、钠离子介入联合阿莫西林口服、纯阿莫西林口服及纯钠离子介入。每例每天做鼻腔镜观察鼻咽粘膜情况并涂片检查一次。结果 A组24小时后16/20的密切接触者陆续出现鼻咽粘膜不同程度病变,B组无一例出现病变,两组差异极显著(P<0.01);C、E组24小时后局部粘膜病变明显减轻,两组差异不显著(P>0.05),且C较D组恢复快。结论钠离子在鼻咽粘膜局部产生高渗环境具有抗感染功能和清除病原体的作用。Objective To explore the nasopharyngeal mucosal inflammation hypertonic sodium ions anti-infection effect and cell change in the environment. Methods Select cold patients at different periods of close contact with patients and healthy people, A total of 128 people, divided into A, B, C, D, E five groups, group A and B respectively line observation, liquid sodium intervention, C, D, E group respectively according to the joint interventional, sodium amoxicillin sodium ion oral and pure, pure oral amoxicillin sodium intervention. Each day to do nasal cavity mirror observation of nasopharyngeal mucosa and smears. Results 16/20 in group A after 24 hours of close contacts have been nasopharyngeal mucosa lesions in different level, no case in group B lesions, extremely significant difference in the two groups（P〈0.01）; C and E group significantly reduce local mucosal lesions after 24 hours, no significant differences between the two groups （P〉0.05）,and group D C a quick recovery.Conclusion Sodium ions in nasopharyngeal mucosa local produce hypertonic environment has anti-infective function and clear the role of pathogens and clear the role of pathogens.
