摘 要:基于激光小信号增益和速率方程理论,对影响短波长掺镱光纤激光器输出的因素进行了理论研究,发现只有当掺镱光纤粒子数反转率大于50%、芯包比大于0.086和0.54时才分别有利于1 018nm和980nm的激光输出.利用满足小信号抑制条件的掺镱光纤搭建短波长光纤激光器模型,分析表明1 018nm激光器增益光纤最佳长度为5.6m,合适输出镜反射率为10%~20%,980nm激光器增益光纤最佳长度为1.4m,合适的输出镜反射率为20%~30%,为实现高功率的短波长激光输出提供了重要理论依据.The factors that affect the short-wavelength Yb-doped fiber laser were theoretically analyzed based on small signal gain and laser rate equation models.The calculation results show that it is beneficial to realizing 1 018 nm and 980 nm laser in Yb-doped fiber lasers,when the population inversion of Yb-doped fiber is greater than 50% and the core/cladding ratio exceeds 0.086 and 0.54,respectively.The short-wavelength fiber laser models were established with appropriate Yb-doped fibers corresponding to small gain suppression.The analysis suggests that the optimum length is 5.6mand the appropriate reflectivity of output coupler is 10%~20%for 1 018 nm laser.The optimum length is1.4mand the appropriate reflectivity of output coupler is 20%~30%for 980 nm laser.It is the theoretical foundation to realize high power short-wavelength Yb-doped fiber laser.
