摘　　要：国家治理体系中的生态治理与文化治理的关联和互动超越了"生态文化"范畴,形成多层协同机制。文章认为文化治理在生态治理的物质、制度和价值等层面与之纵向协同,在政府、市场主体和社会公众等治理主体间实现横向协同;生态治理与文化治理的协同推进,需凝聚政府规范、市场要素和社会力量,在物质层面推进绿色发展的供给侧改革、在制度层面完善集成式创新的治理体系、在价值层面强化价值链增值的内生驱动。The interconnection and interaction between ecological governance and cultural governance in the state governance system is beyond the term of 'ecological culture',forming a multi-layer collaboration mechanism.A view is presented in the article that cultural governance collaborates with ecological governance vertically at levels of material,institution and value,and makes a horizontal collaboration among government,market and the general public.To collaboratively promote ecological governance and cultural governance,we need to combine government regulations,market factors and social forces,promote the supply-side reform towards the green development at the material level,improve the governance system with integrated innovation at the institutional level,strengthen endogenous drive for value-addition at the value level.
