摘  要:为指导四川会东大梁矿业有限公司铅锌矿全粒级碎石胶结泵送充填系统调试及采场规模化充填,开展了充填材料及泵送试验研究。充填材料单轴抗压强度及塌落度测试表明,当充填料浆灰砂比为(1∶6)^(1∶10)、料浆浓度为83%~87%时,充填体3 d、7 d、28 d单轴抗压强度分别为0.14~1.27 MPa、0.48~2.65 MPa、1.75~4.82 MPa,充填料浆塌落度为17.3~23.6 cm。泵送工业试验表明,当充填料浆灰砂比为(1∶6)^(1∶8)、料浆浓度为83%~85%时,泵送系统压力为2.62~9.45 MPa,小于最大正常泵送压力10 MPa,可进行地下采场大规模泵送充填。Tests on full graded gravel cement filling material tests and their pumping were conducted to guide the filling system debugging and large-scale stope filling for the lead and zinc mine of Daliang Mining Industry Co., Ltd. in Huidong,Sichuan. Tests on uniaxial compression strength showed that the 3 d,7 d,28 d aniaxial compression strength of the cement filling body could change from 0. 14 MPa to 1. 27 MPa,0. 48 MPa to 2. 65 MPa and 1. 75 MPa to4. 82 MPa while the cement-sand ratio of filling slurry ranged from 1*6 to 1* 10 and mass concentration ranged from 83 % to 87 % ; slump tests showed that slump ranged from 17. 3 cm to 23. 6 cm. Pumping tests suggested that the pumping system pressure ranged from 2. 62 MPa to 9. 45 MPa which was less than the maximum normal pumping pres-sure 10 MPa while the cement-sand ratio of filling slurry ranged from 1:6 to 1:8 and mass concentration ranged from 83 % to 85 % ,thus large-scale pumping filling could apply to underground stopes.
