摘 要:对钌钯/炭催化剂催化苯甲酸加氢制备环己基甲酸进行研究,考察金属负载量、溶剂用量、反应温度和反应压力对反应的影响,并考察催化剂重复使用性能。结果表明,使用自制的钌钯/炭催化剂,催化剂中金属钌纳米粒子和钯纳米粒子负载质量分数分别为5.0%和0.5%、m(苯甲酸)∶m(环己基甲酸)=2∶1、反应温度(135~145)℃和反应压力(4~5)MPa条件下,苯甲酸转化率≥99.3%,环己基甲酸选择性≥99.0%。催化剂重复使用16次,仍具有较高活性。The hydrogenation of benzoic acid to cyclohexanecarboxylic acid over Ru - Pd/C catalysts was studied. The effects of metal loading amounts, solvent dosage, reaction temperatures and reaction pressure and the repeated use performance of the catalyst were investigated. The results indicated that using Ru - Pd/C catalyst with Ru mass fraction of 5.0% and Pd mass fraction of 0.5% as the catalyst and cyclohex- aneearboxylic acid as the solvent, benzoic acid conversion and the selectivity to cyclohexanecarboxylic acid were ≥99.3% and ≥99.0%, reapectively, under the condition as follows : m ( benzoic acid) : m ( cyclohex- anecarboxylic acid) =2:1,reaction temperature ( 135 - 145 ) ℃ and reaction pressure (4 - 5 ) MPa. The catalyst exhibited higher catalytic activity after repeated use 16 times.
