“内向型”开放创新过程中外部资源的获取和开发机制研究——基于组织分权和知识共享的视角

摘　　要：针对现有文献对企业外部资源与绩效关系研究结论的不一致及存在的不足,本文以"内向型"开放创新为重点,探讨了组织分权、知识共享对外部资源获取和开发的影响机制.研究结论显示:(1)组织分权、知识共享有利于企业从顾客、企业、政府等外部主体中获取更多的创新资源;(2)组织分权负向调节外部资源与创新绩效之间的关系,知识共享正向调节两者之间的关系;(3)创新能力在外部资源与创新绩效之间起着显著的中介效应.由此表明,外部资源对创新绩效并非简单的直接促进关系,企业需要建立合适的组织控制机制和动态能力以确保外部资源使用效率和效果的最优化.本文在为中国企业吸纳外部资源实施开放创新提供一定实证依据的同时,也获得了有关如何通过获取、开发外部资源以实现企业价值的更进一步认识.To fill the gaps and better understand the contradictory conclusions in the literature about the relationship between external resources and performance, it discussed the mechanism that organization decentralization and knowledge sharing impact the acquisition and exploitation of external resources in the inbound open innovation. The empirical resuits show that： organization decentralization and knowledge sharing make positive effects on the acquisition of innova- tion resources from the customers, enterprises, governments and other external entities; organization decentralization negatively moderates the effects of external resources on innovation performance, and knowledge sharing positively mod- erates the effects of external resources on innovation performance ; innovation capabilities partially mediate the relationship between external resources and innovation performance. The relationship between external resources and innovation performance isn＇t simple and direct, so enterprises need to establish proper organization control mechanisms and dynamic capabilities to ensure the external resources being used efficiently and effectively. It not only validates the importance of external resources for Chinese firms＇ innovation, but also riches the theoretical knowledge about how to exploit the external resources in the open innovation to maximize the value of enterprises.
