农民工焦虑感会自我平抑吗?

摘　　要：采用CFPS2012年全国大规模抽样调查数据验证了农民工焦虑感的自我平抑机制,两阶段最小二乘法估计结果表明,农民工焦虑感存在自我平抑。当平均每日工作时长为8小时时,农民工在城市务工持续时间每增加1年,焦虑感将减轻9.3%。农民工进城务工持续时间对改善农民工焦虑感的作用结果表明,农民工外出务工时间越短,从事高强度工作的可能性越大,每天的工作时间越长,农民工焦虑感的自我平抑速度越慢。此外,大龄、低人力资本水平的女性农民工焦虑感平抑速度较慢。相应的政策含义为,依靠农民工焦虑感的自我平抑需要漫长时间,应统一城乡劳动力就业市场、提升农民工人力资本水平、提高农民工工资收入,增强农民工工作满意度,缩短农民工焦虑感持续时间,加快实现农民工市民化。The self - stabilized mechanism of migrant workers the degree of duration on the anx- iety of migrant workers is verified by the data of large - scale sample survey in CFPS2012. Two stage least squares estimation results indicate the presence of migrant workers＇ anxiety self - stabilizing. When the average daily working hours of 8 hours, the duration of migrant workers in the city for more than 1 years,the anxiety will be reduced by up to 9.3%. The result of the du- ration of migrant workers to improve the mechanism of the role of anxiety of migrant workers shows that the shorter the duration, the greater the possibihty of engaging in high - intensity work, the longer the working hours per day, it slows down the speed of self - stabilizing the anxi- ety of migrant workers. In addition, the self - stabilizing speed of the older, low level of human capital of the female migrant workers＇ anxiety is very slow. The corresponding policy implicationsare following. It takes a long time to rely on the self - stabilized convergence for the anxiety of the migrant workers. It is supposed to unify urban and rural labor employment market, improve the level of migrant workers＇ human capital, raise the income level of migrant workers, enhance the job satisfaction of migrant workers, shorten the duration of migrant workers＇ anxiety, and ac- celerate the urbanization of migrant workers.
