摘　　要：本文将档案资源整合的含义延伸至档案管理基础业务阶段,以"改进档案业务管理一提升档案资源质量一有效开展档案资源整合"这一逻辑思维方式,提出将资源整合与档案业务建设进行有机关联、整体设计、协同运行的方案,通过对档案业务标准和业务流程的改进与创新,保障档案资源整合目标的顺利实现。This paper puts archival resources integration into archives management stage. Following the logic path of ＂improving archives management-promoting archival resources＇quality-implementing archival re- sources integration effectively＂, the author puts forward establishing the connection, the whole design and the coordinated operation of resources integration and archives management. By improving and innovating archival management standards and business processes, it is beneficial to realize the objective of archival resources integration.
