摘　　要：行政管理专业具有典型的应用性和实践性特征,创新行管专业实践教学体系是行管人才培养的重要环节。文章以中国矿业大学(北京)行政管理专业创办以来的教学实践为例,分析其在课程设置、师资队伍、教学方法、实践平台等方面存在的问题,探讨创新我校行政管理专业实践教学体系的方案与对策。The administrative management has typical application and practice characteristics, innovative professional practice teaching system is important to train qualified people. Based on the teaching practice since the establishment of public administration specialty of CUMTB ,this paper analyzes the problems in course curriculum, faculty team, teaching method, practice platform and so on, and discusses the counter-measures in order to innovate professional practice teaching system of administrative management in our university.
