摘 要:为评价PBL教学法在抗体工程课程教学应用的效果,在抗体工程教学中开展教学改革,对照组采用传统教学方法,实验组采用问题导学法。教学结束后,通过问卷调查和考核成绩评价教学效果。结果显示,学生对问题导学法教学的教学效果、能力培养、学习内容掌握和实施过程持肯定态度,问题导学法能够激发学生学习兴趣,有助于培养学生的自学能力、分析和综合能力。To explore the effect of problem-based learning in antibody engineering teaching,87 students in the biotechnology class in Southern Medical University were selected and divided into two groups: the control group with the traditional teaching methods,and the experimental group with the problem-guided method model. The effect of teaching was assessed by questionnaires and test scores. The results showed that the overall satisfaction of the students in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The problem-based learning method can stimulate students' interest in learning and help students to develop self-learning ability,analysis and comprehensive ability.
