“新农人”现代农业技术传播研究  

A study of modern agricultural technology dissemination of "new farmers"

摘　　要：选取我国17个省(市)53名"新农人"作为研究对象,对其中的30名"新农人"进行有关现代农业技术传播的深度访谈,对23名"新农人"的生产场所及社会网络进行实地调查。研究发现,"新农人"既是现代农业技术传播的新型中介主体,又是现代农业技术传播的"融合创新代理人"。他们构建了以人际关系驱动的农业技术传播网络,将农业技术的"单向影响流"转化为"互动影响流",推动了现代农业技术的传播,在带动传统农民转型过程中起到重要作用。With 53 ＂ new farmers＂ from 17 provinces（ cities） as the research object,the author has in-depth interviews with 30 of them about modern agriculture technology dissemination and has field surveys on 23 farmers＇ production sites and social networks. It is found that ＂ new farmers＂ are not only the intermediary body but also the ＂ integrated innovation agent＂ of modern agricultural technology dissemination. They has built a network of agricultural technology dissemination driven by interpersonal relationships and turn the ＂ one-way influence flow ＂ of agricultural technology into ＂ interactive influence flow ＂,which promotes agricultural technology dissemination and plays an important role in the process of the transformation of traditional farmers.
