乡村旅游社区农户福利感知实证研究——以宁德世界地质公园周边5个乡村旅游社区为例

摘　　要：基于国内外乡村旅游社区相关文献的分析,以宁德世界地质公园周边5个乡村旅游社区的调查数据为基础,以福利满意度与关注度(即重要性认知)构建四象限分析框架,实证分析乡村旅游社区农户福利感知情况。结果表明:乡村旅游社区农户对福利关注度均较高,但总体满意度不高;乡村旅游社区农户福利感知因地域资源条件、发展阶段、发展模式、经营方式及参与方式与程度等不同而存在差异。据此,提出增进乡村旅游社区农户福利的相关建议:(1)通过政府主导强化主要优势,巩固已有福利;(2)挖掘资源潜力改变次要劣势,完善福利体系;(3)通过市场配置突破主要劣势,增加福利来源。Based on foreign and domestic researches on rural tourism communities and the survey data collected from five rural tourism communities arround Ningde World Geopark,this paper aims to analyze rural residents＇ welfare perception by constructing a four quadrant analysis framework with welfare satisfaction and attention（ i.e. importance cognition） as the indexes. The results show that rural residents from rural tourism communities are much concerned about the welfare,but the overall satisfaction is not high.What＇ s more,their welfare perception is different due to geographical conditions,development stages,development modes,operation modes,and ways of participation. According to the above results,this paper puts forward some strategies to improve rural residents＇ welfare. First,strengthen the main advantage through government＇s guiding and consolidate the existing benefits. Second,tap the potential of resources and improve the welfare system. Third,break through the main disadvantages through the market configuration and increase the sources of welfare.
