摘　　要：海南港口经过近10年的建设,得到了快速发展,但仍存在港口经济腹地小、经济总量小、临港工业欠发达,港口布局存在问题、建设滞后、专业化程度不高,周边港口竞争压力大,多数港口处于"第一代港口"阶段、缺乏现代化综合物流体系,信息化发展水平对港口运作缺乏支撑作用,港口经营管理机制尚不能与国际接轨,相关政策法规缺位、港口投融机制不完善、人才匮乏等现象。After nearly 10 years of construction, Hainan port has obtained the fast development, but still there are some problems such as ： small port economic hinterland, economic aggregate and lingang industrial underdeveloped, Port layout problems, construction lag, specialized level is not high, the surrounding ports competition pressure, most of the ports in the stage of ＂the first generation of port＂, the lack of modern inte- grated logistics system, the level of informationization development the lack of support for port operation, port operation and management mechanism is not in line with international standards, absence of relevant policies and regulations, port for melting mechanism imperfect, the lack of talent.
