摘　　要：本文以《国务院关于深化高等学校创新创业教育改革的实施意见》和海南师范大学"十三五"教学改革总体方案为背景,提出足球普修课程教学改革与创新方案主要应围绕:教学目标由"重三基"转向"重双创"、教学内容由"重固定不变"转向"重更新重组"、教学方式由"重授受"转向"重混合"等五个方面进行整体设计和推进,旨在提供参考性的对策与建议,从而促进人才培养质量的提高与完善。Based on the implementation of State Council＇s innovation and entrepreneurship education reform and the overall program of teaching reform of Hainan Normal University in the 13th Five-Year Plan,the paper puts forward that the teaching reform and innovation program of football general course should focus on 5 aspects to be redesigned and promoted,such as the change of teaching goal from ＂3 bases＂ to ＂2 establishment＂,the change of teaching content from focusing on ＂fix＂ to＂reorganization＂,teaching methods from ＂teaching＂ to ＂mix＂ and other five aspects of the overall design and advance.The aim is to provide referential countermeasures and suggestions,and promote the quality of personnel training.
