摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等多种方法,对武汉网球公开赛的赛事特征、观众观赛影响因素等进行调查与分析,提出改善交通状况、培育忠实粉丝群体、加强新媒体平台管理、提高赛事服务质量、吸引女性观赛和孕育赛事文化等满足观众需求的对策。By using research methods such as literature,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis,this paper investigates and analyzes the characteristics of the game and influential factors for audience to attend.It offers suggestions such as completing the traffic system,cultivating the cult fans,enhancing the new media management,advancing the event service,attracting female audience and producing event culture,etc.
