摘 要:为了比较不同能量水平对不同品种生长鸡养分利用率的影响。选用28d杂交鸡(罗曼蛋鸡♀×白羽肉鸡♂),白羽商品肉鸡,海兰蛋鸡(w58)和琅琊鸡各40只,每个品种分三个能量水平(12.15、12.77、13.39MJ/kg.DM),每个能量水平6个重复,每个重复2只。试验采用全收粪法,预试期4d,正试期3d。每个品种另选4只鸡,禁食24h收集48h的内源排泄物,用于测定真实利用率。研究结果表明:品种影响了干物质(P=0.10)、有机物(P=0.002)、粗蛋白(P=0.009)和总能(P<0.0001)表观利用率,以及干物质(P=0.009)、有机物(P<0.001)、粗蛋白(P=0.026)和总能(P=0.026)真实利用率。干物质、有机物、粗蛋白和能量利用率依次为白羽商品肉鸡>杂交鸡>海兰蛋鸡=琅琊鸡。能量水平改变了干物质(P=0.006)和粗蛋白(P=0.005)表观利用率,以及干物质(P=0.005)、粗蛋白(P=0.006)和总能(P=0.061)真实利用率;无论哪个鸡品种,进食13.39MJ/kg代谢能日粮都会导致这些养分利用率的降低,日粮代谢能12.15MJ/kg和12.77MJ/kg可以获得更好的养分利用率。不同品种和能量水平都没有影响粗脂肪的利用率(P>0.05)。品种和能量水平之间不存在交互作用。品种是影响养分利用率的主要因素,过高能量水平会降低鸡的养分利用率。Forty 28-day-old Crossbred (LomanxAA) broilers, Arbor Acres broilers, Hyline and Langya , respectively,were randomly allocated to 3treatments of energy levels (12.15,12.77,13.39 MJ/ kg.DM)with 6 replicates to investigate the effects of energy levels on the utilization rate of feed nutrientsand energy of different breeds of growing chickens.Digestibility of diets was measured by the total feces collection method there was an adjustment period of 4 dbefore faeces were collected daily for 3d.The results showed : There were significant differences in the apparent (true) metabolic rate of dry matter,crude protein, organic matter and general energy among four breeds of chickens (P〈0.01) but similar utilization rate of ether extract.The utilization rate of dry matter, crude protein and general energy was:Arbor Acres 〉 crossbred 〉Hyline〉 Langya.Energy levels had effects on apparent utilization rate of dry matter (P=0.006) and crude protein (P=0.005) and true utilization rate of dry matter (P= 0.005) ,crude protein (P=0.006) and general energy(P=0.061).The utilization rate of low energy levels was higher than high and middle energy levels.There was no significant interaction between breeds and energy levels in utilization rate of broilers (P〉0.05).
