摘 要:为提高风洞流场校测试验效率并保证数据的一致性,提出一种基于无线技术的风洞速度场测量方法。在1.8 m×1.4 m低速风洞建设中,创新性地将探针、微差压传感器、微型数据采集仪、无线数据传输模块、电源等通过特制的接头和安装座集成为一体,形成小型一体化的无线测量探头,配套专用移测架,实现了风洞闭口试验段速度场的连续移测。试验结果表明:整个测试区域空间速度场均匀性和局部气流偏角达到合格指标,流场校测效率大幅提高。To improve the efficiency of wind tunnel flow field testing and ensure the consistency of the data, this paper presents a wind tunnel velocity field measurement method based on wireless technology. In the construction of 1.8 mx 1.4 m low speed wind tunnel, the project team innovatively integrated the probe, the micro differential pressure sensor, the micro data collector, the wireless data communication module and the power supply into an organic whole through a special connection and installation, formed a small integrated wireless measuring probe, with a special moving measurement set, the continuous moving measurement of the velocity field was actualized in the closed wind tunnel test section. Testing results show that the whole test area space velocity uniformity and local airflow angle are reaching qualified indicator, the efficiency of the flow field testing was greatly increased.
