经济新常态下我国外汇储备管理优化研究

摘　　要：在经济发展进入新常态后,由于经济增长方式、本国汇率制度与资本管制措施、国际经济环境等因素变化的影响,我国外汇储备呈现出与以往不同的变动特征。目前外汇储备的下降有可能会对国内货币供应量和公众预期产生影响,我们应结合国家的中长期发展战略,从外汇储备管理体系、规模、功能与运用范围、结构等方面对外汇储备进一步优化管理。In the new normal of the economy, some changes, such as the mode of economic growth, the exchange rate regime and the measures of capital controls, international economic environment and so on, leads to the changes of China＇ s foreign exchange reserve. The decline of the foreign exchange reserve may have an impact on domestic money supply and the expectations of the public. To align with the middle and long term development strategy, China should optimize the management of foreign exchange reserve in terms of the management system, the scale, the functions and operation scope and the structure.
