摘　　要："绿色发展"是黑龙江省第十二次党代会为实现"两个全面"奋斗目标确定的重要战略举措。今后五年,黑龙江要挖掘生态文明建设优势筹划绿色发展新路,瞄准生态文明建设新高度抢占绿色发展制高点,以绿色发展激发发展内生动力,勇闯全面振兴发展新路子。Green development is an important strategic measure of the 12th party congress of Hei Longjiang province to achieve ＂two comprehensive＂ goals. Over the next five years, Hei Longjiang is going to find its potential advantages of ecological civilization construction and plan the new path of green development, aiming at the new height of ecological civilization construction and control commanding height of green development to stimulate endogenous power in green development and head through a green development path of all-round prosperity in Hei Longjiang province.
