摘  要:电子商务的快速发展,带来了快递业的高速增长。为保障快递物安全,需要对快递物进行包装,由于目前国内快递包装材料不可降解亦没有回收机制,快递包裹产生了大量的包装垃圾,对环境造成沉重的负担,快递绿色包装理念应运而生。文章在对中山市的一批快递用户、快递从业人员和电商从业人员进行访谈和问卷调查的基础上,分析了目前我国快递包装在环保方面的现状和存在的问题。从技术支持、降低成本、快递用户环保意识提高、企业社会责任增强、政府政策和财政资金支持等方面构建了快递绿色包装的驱动力模型。最后,从进一步提高环保意识和企业社会责任、建立快递包装回收机制、实行政府监督职能和财政支持、构建绿色包装标准体系和研发新型绿色环保包装5个方面提出对策及建议。The rapid development of E-commerce, brings the industry of express high-speed growth. In order to ensure the security of delivery material, need of the express package, the current domestic express non-biodegradable packaging materials nor the recycling mechanism, a large number of express packages produced a large number of packaging waste, heavy burden on the environment caused by the express green packaging concept arises at the historic moment. In zhongshan city, a collection of express users, express employees and electricity from personnel of course of interviews and questionnaire investigation, on the basis of analysis of the current our country express packaging in the aspects of the situation and existing problems of environmental protection. From technical support, to reduce the cost, delivery, users increase, corporate social responsibility awareness of environmental protection, government policy and financial support to buiht the courier driver model of green packaging. Finally, from the further raise awareness of environmental protection and corporate social responsibility, to set up the delivery, packaging recycling mechanism, the government supervision function and financial support, build green packaging standard system and research and development new type of green environmental protection packing five aspects put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
