摘　　要：在TPP谈判过程中,劳工条款问题一直是使发展中国家与发达国家陷入谈判僵局的敏感议题。随着2015年10月该协议的最终锤落定音,劳工条款也最终成型,文章重点分析其与国际劳工组织制定的国际劳工标准存在何种联系,对未来国际贸易体制与国际劳工组织的发展是否会产生影响以及可能产生的影响。In the course TPP negotiation,the issue of labor clause had been a sensitive topic that led to the negotiation between developing and developed countries to a deadlock. The labor clause was ultimately shaped when the negotiation was successfully done in Octo- ber of 2015. The main focus of this study is the relation type of the labor clause and the in- ternational labor standards made by International Labor Organization. Another aspect of this study is whether it will influence the future international trade and commerce and the devel- opment of the International Labor Organization. If there is an influence, the study concerns the type of the influence.
