“温阳逐水方”脐疗联合艾盐包热熨治疗癌性腹水的疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察"温阳逐水方"脐疗联合艾盐包热熨治疗癌性腹水的临床疗效。[方法]选取符合纳入标准的癌性腹水患者61例,随机分为观察组31例与对照组30例,对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用"温阳逐水方"脐疗联合艾盐包热熨治疗,每日1次,连续治疗14天。比较两组患者治疗后腹水消退情况及治疗前后KPS评分。[结果]观察组癌性腹水临床疗效总有效率为80.64%,对照组为53.33%,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者KPS(Karnofsky,KPS)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组KPS评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]"温阳逐水方"脐疗联合艾盐包热熨,对控制癌性腹水具有较好的疗效,值得临床应用。[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of ＂Wen Yang Zhu Shui Formulae＂ combined with moxa salt packets in the treatment of malignant ascites. [Methods] 61 patients were randomly divided into an observation group（n=31） and a control group（n=30）. The patients in the control group were treated with western medicine, while patients in the observation group, based on the treatment of control group, were treated with ＂Wen Yang Zhu Shui Formulae＂ combined with moxa salt packets for one time a day for two weeks. The effective rates for malignant ascites and Karnofsky performance score（KPS） were compared in the two groups. [Results] The effective rate for malignant ascites in the observation group（80.64%） was higher than that in the control group （53.33%）, P〈0.05. The observation group showed significantly higher score of KPS than patients of the control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] ＂Wen Yang Zhu Shui Formulae＂ combined with moxa salt packets can effectively reduce the malignant ascites.
