摘  要:试验研究新型复配活化剂(由云母粉、抗氧剂BHT、硬脂酸和促进剂组成)在废轮胎胶粉中的应用。结果表明:新型复配活化剂中加入促进剂PZ时再生橡胶的再生效果和物理性能最佳;促进剂PZ用量为0.5份时再生橡胶的再生效果和物理性能均较佳;促进剂PZ一次性溶解进环保油后添加,再生橡胶加工性能较好;分步溶解进环保油后添加,再生橡胶物理性能较好。可以根据对加工性能或物理性能的要求选择不同的促进剂PZ添加方式。The application of new compounded activators(composed of mica powder,antioxidant BHT,stearic acid and accelerator)in ground tire rubber was investigated. The results showed that,the reclaim effect and physical properties of the reclaimed rubber were the best when the accelerator PZ was added into the compounded activator,and the optimized addition level of accelerator PZ was 0.5 phr. The process of adding PZ showed significant influence on the processing property and physical properties of reclaimed rubber. For example,if PZ which was firstly dissolved in environmentally friendly oil was added in the compound all at once,the processing property of reclaimed rubber was better. If the dissolved PZ was added step by step,the physical properties of reclaimed rubber were better.
