The study aims to detect the changes of C reactive protein and T lymphocyte subsets, and evaluate their clinical values in coronary slow flow. Total of 30 patients were enrolled from cardiovascular department in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from January 2010 to December 2015, who were diagnosed coronary slow flow after coronary angiography, meanwhile 30 patients with normal coronary angiography were selected as the control group. Blood routine examination, liver and kidney function, blood lipid, blood glucose, uric acid, T lymphocyte subsets and C reactive protein(CRP) were recorded. Data showed that CD3^+T lymphocytes, CD4^+T lymphocytes and CD4^+/CD8^+ratio in peripheral blood of slow blood flow group decreased significantly, while the level of CRP was significantly higher, as compared with the control group. Logistic regression analysis indicated that smoking, CRP and the ratio of CD4/CD8 are independent risk factors for slow flow. Taken together, immune function in coronary slow flow patients is damaged; there is a certain relationship between the CRP and T lymphocyte subsets, which indicates that inflammation plays an important role in the formation of slow blood flow.
