摘  要:目的探讨2型糖尿病人(T2DM)中TIM4的蛋白表达水平及与炎性小体活化指标IL-1β的相关性。方法选取新诊断T2DM患者作为病例组,正常体检者为对照,利用流式细胞术检测病人外周血单核细胞上TIM4的蛋白表达水平,同时用ELISA检测血清中可溶性TIM4的水平,同时分析TIM4与IL-1β的相关性。结果与正常对照组相比,T2DM病人血清中可溶性TIM4明显升高(P<0.001),单核细胞上TIM4表达上调(P=0.01),TIM4与IL-1β亦呈负相关性趋势(P=0.003 6,r=-0.404 5);与T2DM病人治疗前相比,治疗后外周血单核细胞上TIM4表达下降(P=0.002)。结论 T2DM病人血液中TIM4蛋白水平增高,且与IL-1β呈负相关性,提示TIM4作为负性调控分子参与T2DM的疾病进程。To explore the TIM4 protein levels in patients with T2DM and its roles in the pathogenesis of T2DM, blood samples were collected from 50 patients with T2DM and 45 controls in Zibo central Hospital. FCMassay was used to detect the levels of TIM4 in monocytes, while ELISA method was applied to measure the solubleTIM4 levels in serum. Meanwhile, the correlation between TIM4 and IL-1β were analyzed. Data showed that thesoluble TIM4 were increased in serum from the pateints compared with controls(P〈0.001). Meanwhile, the TIM4 inmonocytes from T2DM patients were increased as well(P=0.01). More interestingly, the TIM4 levels were negativelycorrelated with IL-1β(P=0.003 6, r=-0.404 5). Furthermore, the TIM4 levels in monocytes from pateints weredecreased after treatment(P=0.002). All the results indicated that TIM4 particepates in the process of T2DM, thusprovide a novel target for early diagnosis and treatment of T2DM.
