摘 要:目的分析槟榔果皮挥发油成分,为开发利用槟榔资源和质量控制提供科学依据。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取槟榔果皮中的挥发油,采用GC-MS法和NIST98谱图库鉴定化学成分。结果从槟榔果皮中鉴定出8种化合物,其含量占挥发油总含量的70.35%,其主要成分及相对含量分别为正十六烷酸(45.43%),十六烷酸乙酯(8.29%),辛酸(5.57%),(E,E)-2,4-癸二烯醛(4.43%),以酸类和酯类化合物为主。结论为槟榔果皮挥发油的进一步研究及开发利用提供科学依据。Objective To analyze the constituents of the essential oils extracted from peels of Areca catechu L.,and provide scientific basis for quality control of Areca catechu L.. Methods The essential oils were extracted from peels of Areca catechu L. by water steam distillation. The components were identified by GC-MS and NIST data base. Results 8 compounds from peels of Areca catechu L. were identified and accounted for 70. 35% of all volatile oil contents. The main components or relative contents were n-hexadecanoic acid( 45. 43%),hexadecanoic acid ethyl ester( 8. 29%),octanoic acid( 5. 57%),( E,E)-2,4-Decadienal( 4. 43%). Acids and esters were the main components. Conclusion The study provides a scientific basis for the development and utilization of volatile oil from peels of Areca catechu L..
