新癀片外敷联合西药治疗痛风性关节炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究新癀片外敷联合西药治疗痛风性关节炎的疗效。方法选取住院治疗确诊的痛风性关节炎急性期患者82例,随机分为治疗组及对照组各41例。入组的患者均只累及1个关节,两组患者均使用秋水仙碱片联合双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用米醋调制的新癀片外敷患处,每日2次。3天为研究观察的终点,所有患者均治疗3天以上。结果经过治疗,治疗组总体有效率为95%,对照组总体有效率为81%,两组治疗的有效率比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗组优于对照组。结论外敷新癀片作为痛风性关节炎的辅助治疗可提高临床治疗的有效率,值得临床推广。Objective To study the efficacy of topical Xinhuang tablet combined with western medicine for the treatment of gouty arthritis. Methods The 82 hospitalized patients with acute gouty arthritis involved only one joint were recruited from August 2015 to August 2016 in the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology,and then randomly divided into the treatment group（ n =41） and the control group（ n = 41）. Both groups were treated with colchicine tablets combined with diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets. In addition,the patients in the treatment group were also applied by the Xinhuang tablet modulated with rice vinegar in the damaged joint twice a day. Then we observed the effect on the third day of treatment,and the curative effects in patients of the different groups were compared. Results The overall effective rate in patients of the treatment group was 95%,which was significantly higher than that（ 81%） in patients of the control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Topical Xinhuang tablet as a method of adjuvant therapy may improve the clinical efficacy in the treatment of gouty arthritis.
