摘 要:目的通过对三岛柴胡和北柴胡的苗期根系差异分析,为三岛柴胡和北柴胡的产量差异提供科学依据。方法对一叶期到五叶期的北柴胡和三岛柴胡进行根长、一级侧根、二级侧根和株高等性状进行考察。结果三岛柴胡的根细长,侧根少,植株高。北柴胡根相对短粗,侧根多,植株矮。结论进行三岛柴胡和北柴胡苗期根系差异分析对柴胡品种合理布局及大规模播种育苗技术研究具有重大意义。Objective To identify the scientific basic of yield variance between Bupleurum chinese DC. and B. falcatum L.based on evaluation of root architecture at seedling stage. Methods Root length,lateral root,two lateral root and plant height of B. chinese DC. and B. falcatum L. were measured from one to five leaf stage. Results Compared with B. chinese DC.,seedling of B. falcatum L. showed slender roots,less lateral roots,and higher plant height. Conclusion Analysis on the root architecture of B. falcatum L. and B. chinese DC. is very important to arrange the appropriate deployment of varieties and development technology for large scale cultivation of Bupleurum spiecies.
