中药对常见耐药菌生物被膜影响的研究进展

摘　　要：就中草药及其单体对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、鲍曼不动杆菌等常见泛耐药菌生物被膜研究进展进行综素。认为生物被膜是泛耐药菌的重要耐药机制之一,寻找能够有效控制、减少及治疗泛耐药菌生物被膜的化学合成药难度加大,而在天然产物中寻找具有抗生物被膜活性成分则具有极其重要的意义。Biofilm is an important resistance mechanism of generic drug resistant bacteria. Finding the chemical synthetic medicine which can effectively control and reduce the resistant biofihn has become increasingly difficult. In contrast, searching the resistant biofilm with an active ingredient from natural products has great significance. This study summarizes the research process on the role of Chinese herbal medicine in common drug resistant biofilms such as S.aureus, S.epidermidis,P.Aeruginosa, AB.
