复方泛影葡胺注射液在直肠癌术后吻合口瘘治疗中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的研究复方泛影葡胺注射液在直肠癌术后吻合口瘘治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2012年12月至2016年4月许昌市中心医院收治的158例直肠癌术后吻合口瘘患者分为两组。其中实验组80例,采用复方泛影葡胺注射液造影;对照组78例,采用碘海醇造影。依据瘘口直径将病例分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ等级,记录两组总体瘘口愈合时间及不同等级瘘口愈合时间。应用SPSS 19.0软件对两组愈合时间进行统计分析。结果实验组患者总体瘘管愈合时间为(15.02±6.93)d,对照组患者总体瘘口愈合时间为(21.17±10.4)d,两组愈合时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同等级瘘口愈合时间比较,实验组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方泛影葡胺注射液在直肠癌术后吻合口瘘治疗中的应用效果较好。Objective To research the application value of compound meglumine diatrizoate iniection in the treatment of anastomotic leakage after operation for rectal cancer. Methods From December of 2012 to April of 2016, 158 cases of the patients with anastomotic leakage after operation of rectal cancer in Xuchang Central Hospital were selected, including 80 patients treated with compound meglumine diatrizoate iniection as experimental group, and 78 patients treated with iodine alcohol as control group. According to the diameter of the anastomotic leakage, the patients in two groups were divided into gradeⅠ , Ⅱ and Ⅲ. The overall fistula healing time and different grades of fistula healing time in two groups were recorded. The healing time of the two groups was statistically analyzed by SPSS 19.0. Results The overall fistula healing time in experimental group was （ 15.02 ± 6.93 ） d, which was significantly shorter than that of control group （21.17 ± 10. 4） d （P 〈 0. 05）. The healing time of different grades of fistula in experimental group was shorter than those in control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Compound meglumine diatrizoate injection is effective in the treatment of anastomotic leakage after rectal cancer resection.
