摘  要:旨在找出一种或是一系列颗粒流动性的表征方法,通过表征结果预测不同种类粉末涂料应用到生产线上进行喷涂时的流动性能。通过对不同表征方法所得结果的分析,得到如下结论:颗粒本身的基本物理参数会影响粉末颗粒的流动性,但不能单纯地用其判断流动性的好坏;不同粉末流动性测量法中,旋转床膨胀率和崩塌角测量法优于床层膨胀率和堆积角测量法;FT4内聚强度和扭矩能测量法均能判断粉末颗粒流动性的好坏,但前者的重复性较差。The goal of this research is to identify a reliable powder characterization tech- nique that can predict the flow performance of a powder before it is used on the production line. It discusses various characterization techniques and their suitability for powder coatings. It is found that the primary physical properties of a powder might have a strong effect on the flow property thereof, but cannot be solely used to determine the flow property. The RBER and avalanche angle technique have better repeatability than BER and angle of repose methods. FT4 cohesion and toque energy can both identify the flow property of a powder but the former technique has poor repeatability.
