摘 要:介绍了采用电液束工艺加工窄槽结构的原理和方法。结合电液束加工机理,阐述了窄槽加工技术特性和工艺难点,分析了参数控制过程及机理,探寻了参数匹配值与窄槽尺寸精度控制之间的影响规律,实现了窄槽入、出口尺寸的精确控制,获得了入、出口尺寸精度和深宽比较高的窄槽结构,为后续涡轮叶片尾缘窄槽类结构的电液束加工奠定了技术基础。The principle and method of machining narrow groove structures by means of electro-stream machining are introduced. Based on the mechanism of electro-stream machining,this paper focuses on the technical characteristics and difficulties of narrow groove machining. And the mechanism of parameter control process is analyzed in detail. The relationship between the parameter matching and the precision controlling of the narrow groove size is explored. The precise controlling of outlet size of narrow groove is realized. The narrow groove structure with high precision and depth-to-width ratio is obtained. It lays a technical foundation for the subsequent machining of the narrow groove structure of turbine blade.
