摘　　要：描述了电刷镀所需设备,给出了常用的电净、活化、镀镍、镀铜、镀硬铬以及镀镍-铬、镍-钴、镍-铁合金的溶液配方,指出了电刷镀过程中的注意事项,介绍了电刷镀在铜、铝排局部镀锡以及修补电容器导电接头电镀锡层中的应用。The equipments required for electro-brush plating electro-cleaning, activating, and electro-brush plating of nickel, nickel-cobalt and nickel-iron were presented. Some problems pointed out. The application of electro-brush plating to local tin were described. The bath compositions cornmonly used for copper, hard chromium and alloys such as nickel-chromiuna. needing attention during electro-brush plating process were plating on copper and alunainum busbars as well as repairing of tin coating electroplated on conductive contact of capacitor.
