摘　　要：目的:探究卵巢过度刺激综合征对体外受精(in vitro fertilization,IVF)患者妊娠结局的影响。方法:回顾2003年5月至2013年8月收治的IVF患者共5 126例,其中有卵巢过度刺激综合征患者155例作为观察组,选取无卵巢过度刺激综合征患者164例作为对照组。比较两组患者临床妊娠率、活产率、流产率、胎儿丢失率、早产率、剖宫产率、胎儿宫内窘迫发生率、先天畸形发生率、分娩孕周及新生儿体重。结果:观察组临床妊娠率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组活产率、流产率、胎儿丢失率、早产率、剖宫产率、胎儿宫内窘迫发生率、先天畸形发生率、分娩孕周及新生儿体重与对照组相比,差异均无统计意义(P>0.05)。结论:卵巢过度刺激综合征对IVF患者妊娠结局无明显不良影响,且对新生儿不会造成不良影响,但在促排卵治疗中应积极避免。Objective ： To explore the effect of ovarian hyper - stimulation syndrome on pregnancy outcome in patients with IVF （ in vitro fertili- zation）. Methods： 5 126 patients with IVF hospitalized from May 2003 to August 2013 were reviewed retrospectively, among whom 155 patients with ovarian hyper - stimulation syndrome were chosen as the observation group and 164 patients with no ovarian syndrome as the control group. The clinical pregnancy rate, live birth rate, abortion rate, fetal loss rate, preterm birth rate, cesarean section rate, incidence rate of fetal distress, inci- dence rate of congenital malformation, gestational week and neonatal weight between the two groups were compared. Results：The clinical pregnancy rate in the control group was higher than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; There was no obvious difference in live birth rate, abortion rate, fetal loss rate, preterm birth rate, cesarean section rate, incidence rate of fetal distress, incidence rate of congenital malformation, gestational week and neonatal weight between the two groups （ P 〉0.05）. Conclusion：The ovarian hyper- stimulation syndrome has no significant adverse effect on pregnancy outcome in patients with IVF, and has no serious adverse effects on the newborn, but it should be actively avoided in promoting ovula- tion treatment.
