摘　　要：目的:探讨维持性血液透析(maintenance hemodialysis,MHD)患者的焦虑状态及其相关因素,为临床心理护理提供依据。方法:采用随机抽样的方法,应用Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)对121名MHD患者进行问卷调查,并分析其影响因素。结果:MHD患者中20.7%存在焦虑状态,SAS总评分为(43.10±8.12)分,高于国内常模(33.80±5.92)分,(t=12.605,P<0.01);不同性别、透析年数、是否抑郁的MHD患者SAS评分存在差异;多元回归分析显示,性别和MHD患者是否有抑郁症状是MHD患者焦虑状况的主要影响因素。结论:对于MHD患者应重视焦虑症状的发生,及时对患者实施针对性的心理护理,维护其心理健康。Objective ： To analyze the state of anxiety and its related factors in maintenance hemodialysis （MHD） patients, and to provide evi- dence for clinical psychological nursing. Methods： The Zung self rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） was used to carry out a questionnaire survey of 121 cases of MHD patients, and the influencing factors were analyzed. Results： There were 20.7 % MHD patients with anxiety state and the total score of SAS （43.10 ± 811.5 ） was significantly higher than domestic norm （33.8 ± 592） （ t = 12. 605, P 〈 0.01 ） ; there were differences of SAS scores in gender, dialysis years and whether depression or not; multiple regression analysis showed that gender and depressive symptoms were main influ- encing factors of the anxiety of MHD patients. Conclusion ： For MHD patients, attention should be paid to the occurrence of anxiety symptoms and timely implementation of targeted psychological care should be made to maintain their mental health.
