摘 要:针对叶片泵装配序列规划研究的复杂,传统的例如大量串行型装配序列以及迭代次数繁多的算法优化序列不能解决最优装配序列问题,提出一种基于优先矩阵的装配序列优化分析算法。通过对叶片泵的模型零件数,装配顺序、装配约束以及装配工具的分析,完成叶片泵各装配要素优先矩阵的创建,并根据实际需求,结合叶片泵装配中并行过程拾取,建立装配序列优化分析算法并给出叶片泵的模拟装配过程实例。结果表明,运用优先矩阵并结合装配并行拾取过程得出的装配实例优化了装配序列,同时加快了装配序列求解速度,提高了装配效率,从而验证该方法的可行性。Complex as assembly sequences planning studies of vane pump,such as a large number of traditional serial-type assembly sequences and many optimization algorithm of iterations can not solve the problem of optimal sequence assembly sequences,therefore assembly sequences optimization analysis algorithm on the basis of priority matrix was produced. Through analyzing the vane pump in respect of model number,assembly sequence,assembly constraints and assembly tools so that complete the creation of each assembly factors prioritization matrix of vane pump,and according to actual demand,combing with the vane pump assembly parallel process to pick up so that assembly sequences optimization analysis algorithm can be established and the vane pump assembly simulation process instance can be given. The results showed that the use of the priority matrix and combining assembly parallel picking process instance can optimize the assembly sequences and accelerating the speed of the assembly sequences solving,improving assembly efficiency so that verify the feasibility of the method.
