摘  要:为提高轮式装甲车防护地雷的能力,寻找能够实现最佳防护效果的装甲结构形式,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件平台,对不同的装甲结构在爆炸载荷作用下的响应进行仿真计算。首先探究多层圆管排列方式对冲击吸能的影响,得出密排圆管结构的抗冲击能力强于齐排和交叉排列的方式。然后在爆炸载荷下对由双层密排圆管组成的夹芯层防护结构进行数值计算,并对比试验结果,验证了所建立计算模型数值模拟结果的有效性。最后由数值计算结果确定了最佳的防护结构。数值模拟和试验结果表明,防护结构的面密度增大,防护效果明显改善;相同面密度的防护结构中圆管的直径越大,圆管的压缩行程越大,防护效果越好。To raise the protection capability of the wheel-armored vehicles from being attacked by the land mine and look for the optimistic protective form and function of the armored structure, the paper has done a series of simulated calculations over the armorprotective structure under the explosion loading conditions based on the help of ANSYS/LS - DYNA software. The above-men- tioned protective armored structure is actually composed of sandwich structure, whose layers are made of metallic circular tubes. For the study purpose, we have, first of all, made an exploration of the impact of the arrangement modes of the circular tubes on the energy absorption, which let us make clear that the security performance of the close-packed mode tends to be more powerful than the line-up and/or the cross arrangement one. And, so, we have made numerical calculation of the dynamic response of the sandwich structure composed of the close-packed tubes by LS - DYNA under the explosion loading. At the same time, we have also simulated the damage of armored vehicles equipped with the sandwich protective structures. Thus, we have found that the impact acceleration of the bottom deck of the protective structure has been made greatly decreased in comparison with the armored vehicles not equipped with the protective structure. Further investigation of the dynamic response and the failure regularity of the three different protective structures let us also gain the impact acceleration and deformation displacement of the bottom deck through the numerical calculation. What is more, the errors of the maximum displacement at the bottom deck between the experimental results and the numerical calculation results have been made reduced by less than 8.3%, which proves the validity of the numerical calculation results. And, finally, the best protection structure can also be confirmed by the numerical calculation results.
