摘 要:大型充气式滑梯的主要失效原因为风载作用下的倾覆。通过分析充气式滑梯在典型风载工况下的受力情况,应用ANSYS软件对充气式滑梯的几种锚固方案进行流固耦合仿真模拟。对仿真结果进行分析,得出该工况下的最佳锚固方案。提出一个校核锚固角度的公式,并计算出锚固绳与地面的角度须在30°~60°。依据分析结果,提出锚固点设置的具体措施,设施的整体高度超过3 m时,须在其主承风面高处位置增设辅助锚固点,以降低倾覆力矩和设施主体变形。The present paper is attempting to introduce a method for improving the safety and stability of large inflatable slides in accordance with the fluid-structure coupling theory. As is generally known,the chief cause to lead to the failure of large inflatable slides is due to the overwork under the wind loads. It is just coming from this cause that the given paper has done a thorough analysis of the load conditions of such kinds of facilities and equipment under the typical working conditions,claiming the best anchoring solution to the designing schemes. To achieve this goal,first of all,we have made some analyses on how to choose the fluid-structure coupling method so as to fulfill the fluid-structure coupling process via the ANSYS Workbench. And,next,we have worked out a simplified model of inflatable slide and determined the stress distribution in the chief bearing surface of the 3D model. Regulating the drag coefficient can help us to work out the number of anchoring points so as to make the anchoring solution firmly and establish necessary check formulae to limit the angle range,whose anchoring line should be lying from 30 to 60 degrees. Furthermore,the computational results we have done let us set up six kinds of anchor system solutions by fixing the different anchor heights,angles and the respective points. All the above solutions we have gained under the same working conditions through stress simulations in ANSYS and comparison of the differences between them,which has enabled us to bring about the best anchoring program. Thus,the results of our simulation show that it is effective to improve the safety and stability of the large inflatable slides and helpful for us to make a conclusion which proves to be feasible and applicable. According to the conclusion we have made,we have proposed some specific suggestions on the design of this facility as well.
